Co-Director Joint Venture India (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Representation of Grimme's interests as 50% partner in the Indian joint venture Shaktiman-Grimme

  • Creation of long-term strategies and derivation of targets

  • Monitoring operational performance using KPIs and initiating measures in the event of deviations

  • Monitoring of the market and promotion of marketing and sales activities

  • Identifying potential savings in production and supply chain to ensure competitiveness

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Several years of experience in strategic sales, manufacturing processes and supply chain optimization in India

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Economics, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Experienced in inspiring and guiding people and teams through collaboration, partnership, and communication rather than formal authority

  • Strong intercultural competence and ability to navigate Indo-German business dynamics

  • Native speaker of Hindi is a must. Business fluent in English

  • Willingness to be based in India or travel regularly to and from Germany
