TASKS
- Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, compliance, and legal affairs
- Supporting management in strategic decisions through sound financial analysis
- Optimizing and maintaining risk management and compliance guidelines
- Identifying and applying for funding to support strategic projects
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and internal guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Management experience and several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting, controlling, and compliance & legal issues
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
