TASKS
- Development and implementation of lean management principles and methods for process optimization
- Modeling and analyzing existing processes and developing suggestions for improvement
- Training and supporting employees in the areas of process, quality and lean management
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Creating and maintaining quality management documentation, including analyses and reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed business or technical studies or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in lean management
- Sound knowledge of process modeling
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Lean Six Sigma certification desirable
