We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) to join our foundry as soon as possible.
TASKS
- Manufacturing high-quality plastic products
- Operating machinery, including adjusting parameters to prepare for the molding process
- Inspecting and reworking finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Recording work steps for various orders
- Collaborating on improving workflows to minimize scrap
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or training in a skilled trade
- Strong manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computer systems
- Willingness to work shifts in a two- or three-shift system
