Machine and plant operator (m/f/d) - focus on foundry

We are looking for a new employee (m/f/d) as a machine and plant operator in the foundry at the earliest possible date.
TASKS
- Production of high-quality plastic articles
- Operating the machines including setting the parameters in preparation for the molding process
- Checking and reworking the manufactured products to ensure quality standards
- Booking work processes to the various orders
- Collaboration in the improvement of work processes to avoid rejects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed training as a machine and plant operator or training in the craft sector
- Strong manual skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in working with an IT system
- Willingness to work in two or three shifts
