The family-owned company INTERNORM, which employs over 300 people, develops and produces high-quality, wear-resistant plastic products for almost every industrial sector. These include, in particular, polyurethane roller and roller coatings, molded parts and injection-molded articles. The company, based in Damme, Lower Saxony, supplies both national and international customers. For over 35 years, the subsidiary of the GRIMME Group has stood for outstanding technical performance, innovation, quality and trust.

TASKS

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the operational management of the company and, together with the Managing Partner, for the strategic direction and sustainable success of the company.

• You have comprehensive responsibility for all business activities and the further development of the company
• Monitoring financial performance, budget control and planning and ensuring sustainable liquidity and profitability
• Together with the management team, you will develop and implement the strategy for aligning and achieving the company's goals
• Forward-looking further development of the process landscape
• You keep an eye on market potential, ensure new and further developments of the product world and their active marketing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Entrepreneurial leadership personality with strategic vision, strong analytical skills and customer focus
• Several years of experience in a management position, ideally in the industrial environment of the supplier sector
• In day-to-day business, you have an overview of the complexity, move confidently at all levels of the company and act with a hands-on mentality
• Your management style is contemporary, motivating and cooperative, and you always value open and transparent communication
