Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

We are a modern industrial company looking to strategically expand our visibility in the B2B sector and generate qualified leads.
That’s why we’re looking for you: someone who can actively shape our marketing efforts and develop and implement creative ideas.

TASKS

• You will help develop and implement our B2B marketing strategy, which clearly positions us in the market and measurably increases our visibility
• You will contribute creative ideas, develop compelling content, and be willing to appear on camera yourself from time to time
• You will take responsibility for the LinkedIn company account and support personal branding
• You will plan and execute LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation
• You will assist in planning our trade show appearances and ensure a clear, modern brand presence
• You will measure the success of your initiatives and derive concrete optimization strategies from the results
• You will work closely with the Sales, HR, and Production departments and coordinate external service providers and agencies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, design, communication, or a related field
• Ideally, experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in storytelling, content creation, and social media management
• Basic knowledge of photo and video production as well as Adobe Creative Cloud
• Creative flair
• Enjoyment of tackling tasks—from strategic planning to hands-on implementation
• The courage to be visible and actively shape our brand with your input
